This conference on the Libyan crisis is organized by the Geopolitical Club (CG), the Robert Schuman Institute for Europe (IRSE) and the Institute for Prospective and Security in Europe (IPSE).
In addition to specialists, journalists and elected officials, was present a large Libyan delegation led by Ageli Abdulslam BRENI (President of the High Council of Tribes and Cities of Libya), Lansana KOUYATE (Former UN Under-Secretary-General), and Yamina BENGUIGUI (President of the Robert Schuman Institute for Europe or IRSE and Former Minister Delegate to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, in charge of La Francophonie).
This conference aims to help better understand the Libyan crisis and to think of ways to solve it.
